What has seemed like forever for the Atlanta based rapper and self-proclaimed King of the South, T.I. was released Thursday from an Atlanta halfway house after serving 10 months in a federal prison on a probation violation.

The King has been busy and wasted no time getting back to work. T.I. released his first verse since being released on Future’s “Magic Remix” and on Friday September 30, 2011 he released a single called “I’m Flexin” Ft. Big K.R.I.T. We expect more music from the King of the South, T.I. has already hit the stage and made a surprise appearance at his stepdaughter concert at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta Ga. His wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle former member of Xscape, help start the girl group The OMG Girlz in which her daughter Zonnique is apart of.
T.I. will be welcomed home with a few “welcome home parties” that included a private dinner celebration given by his family and a brunch in Atlanta that will be hosted by Diddy and T.I.’s clothing line AKOO Clothing. It has been reported that Diddy will personally ship 150 bottles of Ciroc a bottle for each guest.
Not only will T.I. be back in the studio working on his next project he has a reality show with VH1 that will premier on December 5, 2011. The show will focus on him being a family man, husband, business executive, rapper, and father all while being on his probation. This will be a 10-episode series and each episode will be thirty minutes in length.
The rapper spent the past 11-month doing another prison sentence after being found in violation of his parole for federal gun charges after being pulled over in Los Angeles last year and charged with drug possession. The charge was later dropped but he failed a drug test that violated his parole.
